Error message when using a Virtual PC File. Create UFA Session

My image come from Virtual PC 2007. Impossible to use it. I have this message :

Failed to open virtual machine: Failed to create UFA Session for the source provided. Make sure that UFA service is running.

Any ideas

first of  all check if the ufad-serive is running / can be started

in a admin/cmd try

net start ufad-ws60

The service exists but does not start . The windows logs are showing the message about a missing file -> MSVCR80.DLL but the file is there. I will try to fix that file... Thanks
