Error Message - "Windows cannot find 'location'." After Installing Windows Server

I received this error message after installing Windows Server 2016 Datacenter edition.

Do I need to reinstall the OS?

That looks like a problem installing VMWare Tools from some script. Try installing VMWare Tools manually instead.

I reinstalled the OS and the problem didn't happen again.
