Editing Nat and host-only settings (vmnetcfg.exe)

Using VMware Player 5.0.2 I try to edit settings for Nat and host-only network connections.

In the past I used vmnetcfg.exe but it looks it'not available anymore.

What can I use to configure the network settings for either Nat and host-only network connections?

Regards

VMware Player 5.x no longer ships with the Virtual Network Editor vmnetcfg.exe however it does ship with and installs the vmnetui.dll and the old style Virtual Network Editor can be brought up by running the following command in an Administrator Command Prompt from the VMware Player Working Directory (or include the FQP of vmnetui.dll in the command line).

rundll32.exe vmnetui.dll VMNetUI_ShowStandalone

Unfortunately this solution doesn't work with version 6. Any updates on that?

At the present time I have not had time to run the appropriate utilities to ascertain which .dll in the VMware Player 6.0 install can be called in a similar manner (if at all), so all I can suggest is copying the vmnetcfg.exe and vmnetcfglib.dll files from a VMware Workstation 10 install to the VMware Player 6.0 working directory.
