Does workstation 12 player have a boot order that can be set?

I am running "Workstation 12 player" on windows 10 - I imported and am running "windows XP Pro" and the vm runs with no problems. However, the vm drive is about 20gig and has a partition with win XP of about 9.9gigs.  I would like to increase the size of the partition to 15gigs.  I would like to use "gparted" to resize the partition.  I have inserted an ISO file of gparted into a CD/DVD drive and attempted to boot, but can't get it to do so.  I have tried hitting F12 so it would send me to a selection of the "boot device" and it just starts loading winXP.   Question: is there some where in "Workstation 12 player" where I can determine or change boot device order?  Or do I need to burn "gparted" to a cd and load it via my hard ware cd/dvd drive?  Any help would be appreciated!

1.On your Windows machine, double-click the orkstation Player installer file.

To activate Workstation Player features, start Workstation Player and enter your license key.
