Direct 3d Not working

Hi to all, I tried everything but I falied to enable direct3d on my virtual machine... please help me.

Host system:

Hardware: Intel i7 950, 6 gb ram, Nvidia Geforce GTX460

Software: Windows 7 Home x64, , directX 11

Virtual machine:

VM version: vmware player 4.01

Guest SO: windows 7 home x64

I've enabled 3d acceleration for the guest and also installed latest vmware tools, but running dxdiag i always read "direct3d accleeration: disabled"

Since i've seen this video on you tube, i'm pretty sure that direct3d can be enabled (i also followed that tutorial...) but i can't figure how to do it.

I created a new fresh VM with same paremeters, and in the new one direct3d works... So problem solved.
