Couldn't update vmware tools and black screen

Hi,

I've installed macos monterey successfully on my Windows and it's working okay but I got an error when I was trying to install vmware tools so I installed it manually for macos but it shows that it needs update and I get the same error when I'm trying to update it I tried a solution which was adding this line isolation.tools.guestInitiatedUpgrade.disable = "FALSE" to the vmx file after that it was checking for updates then I got the same error 

And also when I'm using monterey everything is fine but after about 5 min I see black screen and it needs a vm restart to work again and the same thing happens

Is it has something to do with the vmware tools?

It is a violation of Apple's licensing to install their OS on non-Apple hardware.  We cannot help you here as VMware could get into legal trouble with Apple.  Also, you had to crack the VMware software in order to display the menu, so you are coming to a company's website admitting you hacked their software, and want help with it?
