Connecting 2 Nics

I installed VMware Player over a Windows XP host with 2 physical network interfaces.

How can I bind each virtual network interface of a guest VM configured with 2 virtual network interfaces to a different phisical network interface of the host PC?

Regards

Marius

Run the Virtual Network Editor (vmnetcfg.exe) - located in the Player folder.

Disable automatic bridging. On the next tab, specify which physical NIC to bridge to the VMnet0 swtich; specify the other physical NIC to bridge to one of the unused VMnet swtiches (2-7, 9).

If you want your VM to use the first NIC, select bridged mode; the second, select Custom and specify the VMnet switch to use.
