Cant start my first VT

Hello, 

this is my first post so i am a little bit a newbie.

This is the black screen i see when i start my VT, than BIOS start automatically and i see the blue screen.

I have already downloaded windows 10 ISO (that is the last manage screenshot)

What to do?

Check the “Connect at power on” box from your last screenshot.
