Cannot enable virtualization in VM

Hello!

I have been facing this issue since I upgraded my host machine to Windows 11 (from Windows 10)

Whenever I enable Virtualize Intel VT-x/EPT or AMD-V/RVI from VM settings and try to turn on the VM, I get this warning:

Regardless of whether I click Yes or No, I get this error:

EDIT: I also get this error:

This issue wasn't happening in Windows 10. This has started since I upgraded.

I have virtualization enabled in the BIOS of the host machine.

Is there any way to fix this?

OS: Windows 11 Home (Virtualization enabled)

VMware Workstation Player 16 (This issue was also happening in VMware Workstation Pro)

Thanks for helping!
