Can't Drag/Drop to host on recent new VM

Using VM workstation 16 Player.  Loaded 2 vm's a while ago and was able to set up drag/drop and works ok.  Just added a 3rd and cant figure out how to add drag/drop.  No item listed under options.  could it need tools added again?  i have tried to but cant figure out how to add tools again.  when i do an install, get several driver errors.  Appreciate the help.

not that i think it matters but hose it win 11 and 2 vms that work are xp and win 7, the one that i added is also win 7, but do not see anyplace to add drag/drop
