Blue screen of death after restart

I wanted to upgrade my Wmare player to 4.0.3 (from 4.0.2), so I started the process. It successfully uninstalled itself and asked me to restart to continue the upgrade. Here comes the blue screen. Windows works in Safe mode, but I get bsod if I try Safe mode with networking. Something like "Driver irql not less or equal" and later it says something about ndis.sys. I tried to google my problem, but I didn't find any actual fix. I tried to reinstall my LAN driver, didn't work. Tried to remove Vmware Player, I get error, if I try to repair it says that I should repair it with the installer, I downloaded the installer there is no repair in it and if I try to install I get the attached error. Any idea how to fix it ?

(I got Windows 7 with SP1 on a laptop)

Okay, problem solved.

Reinstalled both LAN and Wireless driver in Safe Mode and it booted !

Blue screen of death is just a way of preventing harmful stuff to successfully access your system. Restarting would be the first move of everyone.
