I confess to being a novice in using this program. It was loaded onto my PC by my daughter to help me use a particular accounting system which would not run on my new notebook which came with Vista preloaded. OS in VM is XP.
Everything worked well until the notebook had to be taken away to be fixed under warranty to replace the motherboard due to a faulty video chip.
Since coming back and the VMplayer being restored i have not been able to find a solution to providing for the VM to access these additional drives the way I used to do before.
I am sure that that I am mising something very basic in the setup but am getting more and more frustrated
Could someone please guide me through the steps to facilitate this in the VMplayer
Would be most grateful for any help you can offer.
