2 Server 2008 VM's on a Windows 7 Physical Machine

Here is the scenario:

I have a Windows 7 Physical Machine and I have been able to install Windows Server 2008 (Full) in 1st VM and Windows Server 2008 (Core) in 2nd VM. When I am using Bridged Mode, I am able to communicate from the 1st VM to the Physical Machine and the 2nd VM to the Physical Machine individually. All 3 machines i.e. Physical and 2 VM's are in the same network all configured statically:

Physical Machine:

IP Address - 192.168.0.2

Subnet Mask -  255.255.255.0

Default Gateway - 192.168.0.1

1st VM:

IP Address - 192.168.0.3

Subnet Mask -  255.255.255.0

Default Gateway - 192.168.0.1

2nd VM:

IP Address - 192.168.0.4

Subnet Mask -  255.255.255.0

Default Gateway - 192.168.0.1

How can I be able to communicate from 1st VM to 2nd VM ??? I know I do not need a router here as all are in the same network. In the Physical Machine do I have to Bridge Connections between the 2 VM Adapters???
