[15.0.2] Promts License screen on every start and list of created VMs are always empty

The problems: on every start of VMware Workstation Player it prompts for License screen and after agree it the list of created VMs from last starts are always empty. I always have to open and locate the .vmx to add it to the list. But on next start the list empty again.

Also disable the "Show Hints" never got saved.

And on every GUI action the GUI freezes short.

If i read the logs, I often see it couldn't load the config files. So i assume it never could write the config files. And the some config files at the time of installation date has last edited date like the time of the installation date.

I'm using Win10Pro(1809) linked to a corporate domain.

(For privacy reason I renamed the file paths like corporate.lan)

When I'm not connected to the corporate network, vmware can save the preferences.ini properly and the GUI doesn't freezes on each action anymore. Till I reconnected to the corporate network again, it creates perferences.ini.lck file first but cannot override the perferences.ini file anymore and keep the perferences.ini.lck file forever. So it's maybe the fault of the Offline Files funktionality of Windows. I notice the same behavior on Apple iTunes software too, but not on Firefox, Chrome and so on.

Now I'm using VMWare Workstation Player 15.1.0 and the log produces something different but behaves the same behavior.

The GUI doesn't freeze anymore when we changed the Group Policy for %appdata% (roaming) folder to offline mode with background sync.

But the License screen still prompt at every start and the list of VMs are empty.

According the log file it can't write files?

There are no security tab on the property of the folder path. It's a fileshared folder for redirected appdata roaming folder.
