cygserver-config error

Hi,when I installed the cygwin, amd run the command cygserver-config ,happened error

the error message

"

Administrator@2k3 ~
$ cygserver-config
Overwrite existing /etc/cygserver.conf file? (yes/no) yes
Generating /etc/cygserver.conf file

Warning: The following function requires administrator privileges!

Do you want to install cygserver as service?
(Say "no" if it's already installed as service) (yes/no) yes
/usr/bin/cygserver-config: line 176: cygrunsrv: command not found

Installation of cygserver as service failed.  Please check the
error messages you got.  They might give a clue why it failed.

A good start is either you don't have administrator privileges
or a missing cygrunsrv binary.  Please check for both.

Can you try reinstalling cygwin?  Maybe selecting a different mirror?  I just tried on a fresh VM and was able to download and find the cygrunsrv.exe package.

Try right clicking the cygwin shell link and selecting "run as Administrator".  Then retry installing the service.

When you installed cygwin did you make sure to install everything?  IE did you make sure to follow the following instructions from the benchmarking guide?

  1. 8  At the top of the list, next to the word All, click once on the word Default.

The status of all the packages will change from Default to Install

Do you see a "cygrunsrv.exe" on your system under c:\cygwin\bin?

I do not see "cygrunsrv.exe" on system under c:\cygwin\bin.

And I install cygwin of all the packages.
