VMmark 2.1.1 errors while running multiple tiles

hi all,

we are running vmmark 2.1.1 with staf package 3.8.

tile 0 runs fine without the exchange workload!

While running multiple tiles we see the following errors

5.100 is my prime client

Can someone please throw more light on this?

Hi iinfi,

I found that Sharon Lucas's response at the top of this page seemed to have a lot of good recommendations for troubleshooting this staf error. If you have not yet, you may want to look at the VMmark Benchmarking guide p155 for STAF troubleshooting.

Also, it looks like only 3 out of presumably 9 or more tiles had this failure. Do you experience these errors every time on tiles 0, 5, and 8, or is the error intermittant?

This error does not appear to be directly related to the mailserver; are you saying that when you disable the mailserver workload on tile 0, this error does not appear for tile 0?

thanks for ur response. i saw it only today

it was more down to a firewall issue may be .. coz we made lot of changes to host files and did a reinstallation of exchange a few times and that resolved it...
