Transferring 5gb+ files from PC/linux to Vcentre?

All,

I wanted to know is there a fast method, of transferring large *.vmdk files from my ftp Local PC/Linux server to the vCentre Hos or from ftp sitet???OUr network is very slow and I wanted a qucik method to get these files on these Old ESX Hosts?

These files contain preconfigured with software to setup VM's on our Testing environment.(Seperate from PROD)

Pls advise.

Hi,

Not that I am aware of. If the network speed is slow perhaps move it to a phsical box that is in your PROD and use vClient to upload to the host or FastSCP.
