Add physical RDM to a win 2008 R2 server

I have a 3 tb portable hard drive that is connected threw a ESata cable to a sata port on my server.

I ran command

vmkfstools.pl -server 192.168.0.2 -username UUUU-password PPPP -z /vmfs/devices/disks/t10.ATA_____WDC_WD30EZRX2D00DC0B0_________________________WD2DWMC1T0836451 /vmfs/volumes/4e9d8d19-e80d8d58-f4cc-5ef3fca652f6/RDMs/RDM3Tweek1.vmdk -a lsilogic

To make make the RDM file. It looked corrected the file size of the rdm is what I would expect it to be.

I edited one of my VM to add this RDM to and ran in to a problem.

When I go to Disk manager I can see the drive but it does not have any size.

What do I need to do to see this drive in Windows?
