use vmrc with a reverse proxy

Hello,

I would like to run a vmrc console on my lab (esxi 6.5 u1) which is behind a reverse proxy.

I logged in with https://esxi.mydomain.com but when I run a vmrc console, I have an authentication error.

Looking at the logs, I realized that the address was resolved (

If VMRC is looking for a particular server by name and gets a different one by IP that would certainly cause authentication problems!

Are you getting a pop-up error dialog from VMRC? If so what is the message?
