Unable to launch VMRC in vCenter

Hello,

In vCenter 6.5, I'm unable to open VM console by VMRC (but web-console is ok)

When I launch console, I have a prompt that ask me login/password.

error message in VMRC : Failed to connect to vcenter:443: Invalid or expired session ticket.

Do you have an idea ?

Please set up DNS Server on OS that installed VMRC.

However,Name resolution does not have to be done.

e.g. 223.223.223.223 that does not exist.

We are getting the same Failed to connect error using VMRC version 10.0.3 and expect the same in v10.0.4 that we will attempt this afternoon.

The web console is responding normally but the VMware Remote Console delays the session and then fails to the screen stating "invalid or expired session ticket".

Using vCSA6.7u1, Mozilla Firefox 66 32-bit Quantum.

VMRC was working in past but has relapsed. Thought it was related to McAfee HBSS issues but it is allowing the executable to run & not flagging anything as of yet.
