RDP General Question

Hello guys,

I would like to ask help and some assistance from your expertise. My cousin in USA has a dedicated server and he created VM's inside of it using DHTP network configuration. is it possible for me to remotely access that VM even tough I'm on a different state? and how will you configure it so that the other person can remotely access it?.

There are many tools in the market like Teamviewer, Dameware, etc

for Direct RDP your friend must assign a Registered IP (need to be bought from ISP providers or regional vendors) which will cost.
