Can not launch Remote Console - Unable to connect to the MKS: Could not connect to pipe \\. ... to pipe \\.\pipe\vmware-authdpipe within retry period

We have two users logging into vSphere Client and trying to launch the Remote Console. One user has no problem but the other user gets the Unable to connect to the MKS: Could not connect to pipe \\. ... to pipe \\.\pipe\vmware-authdpipe within retry period error. We have tried all of the suggested solutions in previous discussions without any progress.

I have attached the log if it is helpful.

Looks like swr-vmhost1.bhi.local:902 is not accessible, is that possible it's blocked by firewall or something?
