report to get cluster utilization report

how to get the report in the below format.

report duration is 24 hrs(example:- 30-11-2020 00:00:00 to 30-11-2020 23:59:59)

cluster name	cluster cpu avg usage in %	cluster Memory avg usage in %
cluster 1	10.10%	10.10%
cluster 2	15.01%	40.20%
