"VIX is not installed on this machine" problems on 2008R2

Hello all,

I am getting the following message:

Wait-Tools        The requested operation could not be performed because VIX is not installed on this machine. Please install VIX if you want to use this functionality.

The thing is that VIX is installed, I even reinstalled PowerCLI including VIX (getting the warning it will be installed).

I am running PowerCLI (PowerGUI) on a Windows 2008 R2 64bit server.

Are there more people who ran into this problem and is there a solution to this?

Can you try this from the PowerCLI 32-bit client on that machine.

VIX is 32-bit only I'm afraid.
