outputting what vm nics are linked to what vSwitch and VLAN?

Hi, is there a simple way of outputting what vm nics are linked to what vSwitch and VLAN? As I am trying to build out what ip addresses linked to those vm nics are connected to what vSwitch and VLAN (not asking for much )
