I think the answer is "yes". Aside from that, there's a bug talked about in another thread that talks about how Get-Folder returns one type of object (FolderImpl), but anything that uses a Location parameter wants an object of the type ViContainer. There is a workaround, but for right now it's not very straightforward to use the Location parameter. As I understand it, this has been fixed in the next beta.
