invoke-command failing on DMZ VMs

I am trying to restart a common service on some DMZ vms in an isolated subnet that is not pingable or resolvable via the powershell host

any idea?

From the error I would assume that

• or WinRM is not running on the target machine
• or the FW  is blocking one or more of the ports (default are 5985, 5986, but can be changed) WinRM requires.
