    how to enable or disable change tracking for the virtual machine's disks?

    vm admin privilege name : disk change tracking

    Is this privilege same as change block tracking(CBT)?

    AFAICT, it is the same as CBT.

    Should be doable. I haven't tried the below steps, but seems to be simplistic in execution
