create a script to build a massage to the user

Is there any way to build a script in powercli that pop a massage on the screen that will tell the user that the ESXI is back on???

Is this ESXi in a vCenter ?

If yes, you could use an Alarm to send a message.

How do you intend to run such a script ? Permanently ?

And do you want the popup on the station where that script runs ?

I am using a Vsphere. my script is a script that restor the network config of the esxi. i runing it manualy and yes i would like the massage to pop up on the station where that script runs.
