cant attach to vcenter sdk. desperate need for help

When trying to connect our VCenter using get-viserver .... I get the following error

Failed to connect to VI Server at https:/fqdn:443/sdk.

I tried with the original certs installed and with custom ones. Both certs work fine when I web into . But I get a page cant be displayed when I try to reach . Can anyone help with this? Ireally would like to write some scipts but cant seem to attach to vcenter.

What about https://server/mob, does that work?

Yes, it seems I can reach that page fine after I login. Looks like it only accepts a local user/pass not domain.

actually I just got domain login working to. Still getting Page cant be dispayed on /SDK.

Hi,

Try to connect after adding the server IP address in the exception list of proxy.
