Why PowerCLI always hit "Index was outside the bounds of the array" issue

Hi , when I run below commands with PowerCLI6.0 version, I always hit "Index was outside the bounds of the array" issue,  can anyone help me about this issue? from the help, I do not find any wrong parameters or options.

Are you connected to the vCenter or an ESXi node ?

Seems to work for me when connected to a vCenter, and when I use a non-existing policy, the cmdlet nicely tells me.

In what environment are you doing this ?

I used vSphere 6 and PowerCLI 6R1

Thank you very much for this help, yes, I did connected to VC and other commands are OK as below, and I use 6.0 VC and 6.0 PowerCLI.

A wild shot, but which regional settings are you using ?

Can you do a Get-Culture ?

And from the web client you can see the storage profiles without an issue ?

If you mean the VC GUI page, yes , I created lots of VSP and they are OK without any issues.
