When hardware version of vm upgraded

Hello,

Is there any way to find out when vm's hardware version upgraded? I couldn't find any events about it or any task on vcenter.

I scheduled upgrading hardware version on next reboot via Solved: Re: Scheduling VM Compatibility Upgrade from Power... - VMware Technology Network VMTN

No, not directly afaik.

You can find the time when you set the option via a search for the VmReconfiguredEvent.
(Check the $_.ConfigSpec.ScheduledHardwareUpgradeInfo object to verify you are looking at the correct event).
Then find the 1st VmPoweredOnEvent, or any of it's extensions, after that
