VMware Infrastructure Toolkit

Hi all,

my doubt is, how can I automate tasks with VMware Infrastructure Toolkit? Can I make a kind of .bat?

Can someone give me an example?

Thanks in advance.

FYI: this thread has been moved to the VI Toolkit (for Windows) forum.

There are several examples in this community on how to run PS scripts from the command line or batch file.

One example

There are several .PL (PowerShell) scripts which have been already written and are readily available to users in the VM Community. It is fairly easy to call out the .PL files via .bat and scheduled tasks. One such site which is a fantastic repository of VM scripts is http://www.peetersonline.nl/index.php/script-repository/ .
