VM availability by powershell script

I need help to get script to find the virtual machines uptime.

I am looking for uptime from last reboot done by ( VC (user) / VI client to ESX root (user) / HA occured etc / or Killed VM)

I am NOT looking for guest OS uptime

output should include ( Total UPtime, last reboot/start time / login name ( If done from VC or ESX )

Thanks in advace...

I think part of your question is answered by the script in Events – Part 4 : Who started that VM ?
