This question has been asked many times in this forum I'm afraid.
You are looking for a link between the partitions in the guest OS (Drive) and the virtual disk (Harddisk).
There is no foolproof way to do this at this moment.
For example a virtual disk can hold several partitions and there is no way to find that link.
There are some exceptions in special cases where the report you are looking for can be produced.
For example, when your VMs only have 1 virtual disk and 1 OS partition.

Thanks for the Info LucD, in our infra we have all our VM's created with separate disk for each drive..
In that case Arnim's script from PowerCLI: Match VM and Windows harddisks – Part 2 should produce some results.
And there is an improved version of that script in our book.
