User permissions.

Hi,

Scenario like,

VCenter having 2000 above Vm,s.

100 Selective Vm's need to give No-Access,

100 Selective  Vm's need to give Virtual Machine Access.

Can you please expand on No Access. do you mean specific user right to RDP on the VM etc ?

Split your VMs into multiple resource pools and then you can be more selective in giving permissions to the users roles ..

Humm..

I will never do that, i always prefer to create folder and give permissions on folder .

Ressources pool is not to be created for this kind of uses.

My Idea is on the basis of if somebody have 2000+ VMs , then it is highly that they doesn't have resourcepool . unless they are using Vsphere 4
