Usage of VMWare.Vim.dll without PowerCLI

HI,

Is it possible to use VMWare.Vim.dll without PowerCLI installed ?

I developed an code using VMWare.Vim.dll in my system which has PowerCLI installed.

When i execute the application in another machine, it is throwing exceptions.

Is PowerCLI required in the machine in which we execute the application ?

According to Using VMware vSphere PowerCLI Views from .NET it seems to require the installation of PowerCLI.
