I came accross Alan Renouf's scripts to Export/Import VI roles and permissions.
Does anyone have a script to just export the entire folder/permission structure of one datacenter and import it into another datacenter?

Does your VM-move-to-folder script migrate permissions also or just the folders?
I haven't had a chance to test it yet. As soon as my boss finishes setting up my test environment I will give it a go.
The script in that thread only does folders.
In this thread, , there is a script that shows how to read/write permissions.
