Script to create an datastore and browse the vmx file and register vm in a particular folder

Hi All 

 Can someone help me on the vmware PowerShell script for the below requirement 

Just need to connect an vcenter and try to create an datastore and once created it need to be get browsed vmx file and register the VM from that datastore in a folder and assign the each vm in to a particular required network port groups

What do you already have, and where do you encounter an issue?
