Resource Pool with '/' character

get-resourcepool will convert the / character in a resource pool Name to "%2f". It is displayed that way and it is also required to specify it that way when passing the argument, like 'get-resourcepool "dev%2ftest servers"'. Easy enough to work around, but was unexpected. Smiley Happy

Hmm, that's not very intuitive. Kinda sorta makes sense since this is running through a web service, and /'s have to be escaped but still...weird.
