Remove a desktop from view45

What I'm trying to achieve is delete a specific desktop from a pool in view45.

I noticed we have several cmdlets todo remove-pool, remove-ViewVC, remove-poolentitlement, ... So we can delete a entire pool but not a specific VM?

A solution might be that we can clear the desktop from view but at some point we will need to connect to VC to really remove the desktop? - or is it all possible through view cmdlets?

Thx

Hi Tom,

At the moment, there is no cmdlet that allows removal of a specific Desktop from a Pool in View.

If you wanted to do so from the command line/script, you would need to manipulate View's ADAM directory directly using the built in LDAP features of PowerShell. The VM would then need to be removed from VC separately. Not ideal, but I've got some work-in-progress script to do this, feel free to PM me and I can pass on details.
