I am looking for a script that will bring up all the information that RVTools gets and export it, but on an specific folder instead of the entire env., is this even possible with pscli?

Yes, that is possible.
But you will need to write the script.
On the other hand, for most of the information gathered by the tool, you'll find a snippet of code in here.
You will just have to compile it together
