How do I install and use the VI Toolkit for Windows Community Extension: http://vitoolkitextensions.codeplex.com/

I can't seem to find detailed instructions.

The Community Extensions module installs like any regular module in PowerShell v2.

A good introduction on modules, which also contains info on how to install a module, can be found in this blog.
