  • 1.  Query vCenter for Configured Platform Storage Controller

    Hi,

    Can you use PowerCLI to query a vCenter for it's configured Platform Storage Controller?

    I have a mixed of standalone vCenter 6.5 servers, and vCenter 6.0 servers with external PSCs.

    Thanks,

    Fin

    Fr the current vCenter you could do

    ([uri](Get-AdvancedSetting -Entity $global:DefaultVIServer -Name 'config.vpxd.sso.admin.uri').Value).Host

    If you are connected to all your vCenters you could do

    $global:DefaultVIServers |

    Select @{N='vCenter';E={$_.Name}},

        @{N='PSC';E={([uri](Get-AdvancedSetting -Entity $_ -Name 'config.vpxd.sso.admin.uri').Value).Host}}
