Powering off and on via script

Hello,

I have VMs list in a text file which is in C:\VM\VMs.txt  (These VMs are in 3 different vCenters)

Can you please help me to find a script that I can perform:

-- Connect those 3 vCenter

-- Shutdown the guest OS (gracefully)(All VMs in that txt file)

-- Power ON VMs (All VMs in that txt file)

-- Power off (All VMs in that txt file. Few VMs doesnt have VMware tools installed)

-- Disconnect the vCenters
