PowerCLI script to change a VM's Power Management from Suspend to Standby?

Hello,

I recently deployed Windows 10 Enterprise VMs using PowerCLI. After a good 30 minutes or so, the VMs go into "Suspend" mode and loses all connectivity for further automation. None of my scripts can connect to it because I get the message that VMware Tools is not installed, which is not true. It is installed but has become unresponsive due the VMs going to to Suspend. I am not sure if this is:

1. A host policy (running ESXi v6.0 2b)

2. A windows 10 guest OS policy a.k.a. group policy (mind you, it's not domain joined)

3. a misconfigured parameter in the power management anywhere?

In any case, can someone help me with PowerCLI automating this to change this behavior from going into "Suspend". May be something to "wake" them up from slumber and do something. I have attached a picture of the VMs in my desktop client.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you check the Power & Sleep settings in the guest OS?

This is a Window's setting reachable via the Control Panel.
