The PowerCLI 4 relase notes state that PowerCLI will run on 32- and 64-bit OS (XP Sp2, Vista & W2K3).

Although not in the OS list I have it running on W2K8 (64-bit) and Windows 7 (64-bit) without any apparent problems.

Some of the problems with installations on 64-bit systems can be found in .

Hi LucD

So, you mean PowerCLI is 64bit compatible or the installer lays down a 64bit actual binary which runs as a 64 bit process ? or a 32bit process in 64bit environment ?
