Power Shell toolkit version 1.0

Hi guys I've been searching high and low to find Powershell toolkit 1.0. I need it because I want to use the update-manager powershell extensions with powershell and alot of it doesnt work with toolkit 1.5 or vsphere PowerCLI.

If you guys can provide me a link that would be great.
