Power Cli Script for removing CBT files of VM

Hi All,

Looking for resetting change block tracking data without  restart of the VM script.

You can do a disable/enable of CBT for a VM, and then a create/remove snapshot.

This should also trigger the stun-unstun cycle (without the need to restart the VM).
