Password PAM Configuration (ESXi 5.1)

I noticed that the PAM configuration is exposed in host profiles. Is there a way to view the PAM configuration in passwd using PowerCLI\esxcli without using plink?

You can script changes to Host Profiles, see for example Change the root password in hosts and Host Profiles

But I'm afraid there isn't a lot of documentation available.

So be prepared to do some reverse-engineering work :smileygrin:
